摘要

本文聚焦于基于互联网赋能的护生自主学习与实践操作能力协同发展路径。互联网赋能下,护生学习时空边界得以拓展,实践资源供给得到优化,内生动力被激发,知识技能转化加速,人才培养模式得以创新,契合智慧医疗发展需求。但同时也面临虚拟实践沉浸感弱、自主学习监管困难、优质资源分布不均、传统教学惯性以及理论实践衔接不畅等难点。文章深入剖析这些问题,旨在为提升护生培养质量,推动护理教育适应时代发展提供理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the collaborative development path of independent learning and practical operation ability of nursing students based on Internet empowerment. With the Internet enabled, the time and space boundary of nursing students' learning has been expanded, the supply of practical resources has been optimized, the endogenous motivation has been stimulated, the transformation of knowledge and skills has been accelerated, and the talent training model has been innovated, which meets the needs of smart medical development. But at the same time, it also faces difficulties such as weak immersion in virtual practice, difficulties in regulating self-directed learning, uneven distribution of high-quality resources, inertia in traditional teaching, and poor connection between theory and practice. The article deeply analyzes these issues, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the quality of nursing student training and promoting nursing education to adapt to the development of the times.
