随着“一带一路”倡议深入实施及中国企业加速出海,国家亟需既精通外语又通晓国际规则、具备涉外法治实践能力的复合型人才。而在现有教育体系中仍旧存在法律专业和外语专业的专业衔接协同性尚未完善、人才培养执行环节缺乏可量化的标准与配套保障机制以及部分场景化教学缺乏明确的执行路径与落地细节支撑。本论文聚焦“英语+涉外法治”微专业建设,针对现有模式中存在的理论融合不足、实务场景缺失、跨校协同壁垒等问题,构建了“资源层-主体层-机制层”三层贯通与“制度-技术”双驱协同的慕课体系总体框架,形成一套农科院校特色的英语专业涉外法治微专业培养范式,旨在有效提升学生的专业竞争力与职业胜任力。同时助力人才持续迭代认知、精进核心能力体系,以适配行业发展与社会进步的动态需求,实现个人价值的最大化释放。
With the deepening implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the accelerated global expansion of Chinese enterprises, there is an urgent national demand for interdisciplinary talents who are not only proficient in foreign languages but also well-versed in international rules and equipped with practical abilities in foreign-related legal affairs. However, in the current education system, there are still issues such as the insufficient coordination and synergy between law and foreign language majors, the lack of quantifiable standards and supporting guarantee mechanisms in the implementation of talent cultivation, and the absence of clear execution paths and detailed support for some scenario-based teaching. This paper focuses on the construction of a "English + Foreign-Related Rule of Law" micro-program, addressing issues such as insufficient theoretical integration, lack of practical scenarios, and barriers to inter-university collaboration in existing models. It constructs a framework for a MOOC-based system characterized by three-layer integration and dual-driver synergy, forming a cultivation paradigm for a foreign-related rule-of-law micro--program in English majors with agricultural characteristics. The aim is to effectively enhance students' professional competitiveness and career readiness. At the same time, it helps talents continuously expand their cognition and improve their core competence system, in order to adapt to the dynamic demands of industry development and social progress, and maximize the realization of personal value.
