高校思政教育现存问题剖析及创新优化对策研究

摘要

新时代高校人才培养过程中，为充分发挥思政育人的潜在价值，应剖析实际工作开展存在的主要问题，进而采取针对性地解决策略。本文对此进行讨论时，聚焦以下问题：一是未盘活思政教育资源，形成大思政育人环境；二是技术赋能效果一般，未发挥出技术应用优势；三是师资团队实力有待提升，影响到思政教育成效；四是思政教育与社会脱节，学生的思辨认知深度有限；五是思政教育评价手段单一，未调动学生学习热情。随后提出了相关问题的解决对策，分别是创建大思政教育机制，盘活高校思政教育资源；剖析思政教育的诉求，实现数字技术的精准赋能；做好师资团队建设，创新教师培训的方式方法；基于学生感兴趣的社会热点，组织事件剖析辩论会；将教育评价嵌入学生的学习与生活，进行全方位点评。以期高校思政教育工作者酌情参考。

Abstract

In the process of talent cultivation in universities in the new era, in order to fully tap into the potential value of ideological and political education, it is necessary to analyze the main problems in practical work and adopt targeted solutions. When discussing this in this article, the focus is on the following issues: firstly, the lack of activation of ideological and political education resources and the formation of a large ideological and political education environment; Secondly, the technology empowerment effect is average, and the advantages of technology application have not been fully utilized; Thirdly, the strength of the teaching staff needs to be improved, which affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education; Fourthly, ideological and political education is disconnected from society, and students' depth of critical thinking and cognition is limited; The fifth issue is that the evaluation methods for ideological and political education are single and fail to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. Subsequently, solutions to the relevant issues were proposed, including the establishment of a comprehensive ideological and political education mechanism and the activation of ideological and political education resources in universities; Analyze the demands of ideological and political education and achieve precise empowerment of digital technology; Build a good teaching team and innovate the ways and methods of teacher training; Organize event analysis and debate sessions based on social hot topics that students are interested in; Embedding educational evaluation into students' learning and life, providing comprehensive evaluations.
