The application of nursing risk management in interventional therapy in radiology
护理风险管理在放射科介入治疗中的应用

摘要

目的 观察护理风险管理在放射科介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 将2024年2月-2025年1月我院放射科接受介入治疗的患者作为研究对象，共计96例。采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组各48例。对照组接受常规护理管理，实验组接受护理风险管理干预，并分析不同护理模式的应用效果，对两组护理质量等指标进行验证，同时比较风险事件发生率。结果 实验组护理质量高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组治疗期间风险事件发生率（2.08%）显著低于对照组（14.58%）。结论 放射科介入治疗中采用护理风险管理能够使护理质量提升，降低治疗期间风险事件的发生率，提高患者的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in interventional therapy of radiology department.
Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent interventional therapy in the radiology department of our hospital from February 2024 to January 2025 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing management, while the experimental group received nursing risk management intervention. The application effects of different nursing modes were analyzed, the nursing quality and other indicators of the two groups were verified, and the incidence of adverse events was compared.
Results The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse events during treatment in the experimental group (2.08%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.58%).
Conclusion   The application of nursing risk management in interventional therapy of radiology department can improve nursing quality, reduce the incidence of adverse events during treatment, and enhance the therapeutic effect of patients.
