脑卒中康复护理中应用病房延伸责任制康复护理模式的价值

摘要

目的 分析脑卒中康复护理中应用病房延伸责任制康复护理模式的价值。方法 本次研究对象为56例脑卒中患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。以随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组28例。其中常规组采取常规护理，实验组在上述基础上采取病房延伸责任制康复护理模式。对两组废用综合征发生率、护理满意度对比分析。结果 相比较常规组，实验组废用综合征发生率显低（P<0.05），护理满意度显高（P<0.05）。结论 在脑卒中康复护理中应用病房延伸责任制康复护理模式，可有效降低患者废用综合征发生率，提升护理满意度，为患者康复提供有力保障，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of applying the ward extended responsibility rehabilitation nursing model in stroke rehabilitation nursing.
Methods The subjects of this study were 56 stroke patients, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group adopted a ward extended responsibility rehabilitation nursing model based on the above. Comparative analysis of the incidence of disuse syndrome and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of disuse syndrome in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of ward extended responsibility rehabilitation nursing model in stroke rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of disuse syndrome in patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and provide strong guarantees for patient rehabilitation. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
