Study on the effect of continuing care on the compliance of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy medications at home
延续护理对肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物依从性的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究延续护理对肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物依从性的影响。方法 选取本院2023年6月至2024年7月肿瘤科74例居家口服化疗药物患者为研究对象。随机划分为对照组与探究组各37例。对照组患者给予常规护理，探究组患者给予延续护理。对比两组患者居家口服化疗药物依从性、生活质量（EORTC QLQ-C30）。结果 探究组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，数据对比分析差异明显（P＜0.05）；此外探究组患者生活质量评分要优于对照组，数据对比分析差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肿瘤居家口服化疗药物患者，延续护理不仅可以进一步提升患者用药依从性，而且对于患者预后生活质量的提升作用十分显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of continuity of care on the compliance of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy drugs at home.
Methods 74 patients who received oral chemotherapy at home in the oncology department of our hospital from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an exploration group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the exploration group received continued care. Compare the compliance and quality of life (EORTC QLQ-C30) of two groups of patients with home oral chemotherapy drugs.
Results The treatment compliance of the exploration group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference in data comparison analysis was significant (P<0.05); In addition, the quality of life score of the exploration group patients was better than that of the control group, and the difference in data comparison analysis was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with tumors who take oral chemotherapy drugs at home, continuous care can not only further improve their medication compliance, but also have a significant effect on improving their prognosis and quality of life.
