Analysis of the nursing application effect of psychological nursing mode on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease
心理护理模式对老年心血管疾病患者的护理应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨分析心理护理模式对老年心血管疾病患者的护理应用效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年9月期间收治60例老年心血管疾病患者作为本次研究对象，患者例数按照随机数字表模式分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。根据护理模式不同，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理模式。对比两组心理状况（焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS）、治疗依从性(用药情况、健康行为、定期复查)、生活质量（SF-36）、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者焦虑抑郁情绪改善更显著，生活质量评分更高，治疗依从性更好，住院时间更短，且还提高护理满意度，均优质于对照组，差异具有统计意义（p<0.05）。结论 心理护理模式可有效改善老年心血管疾病患者的心理状态和生活质量，提高治疗依从性以及护理满意度，且缩短住院时间，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing application effect of psychological nursing mode on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.
Methods Sixty elderly patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to September 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table pattern, with 30 patients in each group. According to different nursing modes, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received additional psychological nursing mode on top of routine nursing. Compare the psychological status (anxiety SAS, depression SDS), treatment compliance (medication use, health behavior, regular follow-up), quality of life (SF-36), length of hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The observation group showed more significant improvement in anxiety and depression, higher quality of life scores, better treatment compliance, shorter hospital stay, and increased nursing satisfaction, all of which were superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The psychological nursing model can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, enhance treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and shorten hospitalization time. It has clinical promotion and application value.
