Observation of the effect of lifestyle and programmed nursing intervention on patients with cerebral hemorrhage
生活方式与程序化护理干预对脑出血患者的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析生活方式与程序化护理干预对脑出血患者的效果。方法 该研究总共纳入86例研究对象，均是2023年5月至2025年5月到医院诊治的脑出血患者，以随机数字表法当作分组原则，划分为对照组（常规护理，n=43）、研究组（生活方式与程序化护理干预，n=43）。对比两组的康复效果、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果 在功能恢复评分与生理状态评分上，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。在日常生活能力评分与生活质量评分上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑出血患者，实施生活方式与程序化护理干预的效果确切，有助于提高康复效果，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of lifestyle and programmed nursing interventions on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received treatment at the hospital from May 2023 to May 2025 were included in this study. Using a random number table as the grouping principle, they were divided into a control group (conventional nursing, n=43) and a study group (lifestyle and procedural nursing intervention, n=43). Compare the rehabilitation effects, daily living abilities, and quality of life between the two groups.
Results In terms of functional recovery score and physiological status score, the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). In terms of daily living ability score and quality of life score, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing lifestyle and programmatic nursing interventions for patients with cerebral hemorrhage has a definite effect and can help improve rehabilitation outcomes. It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
