人性化服务在部队官兵健康体检护理工作中的研究

摘要

目的 分析在部队官兵健康体检护理工作中实施系统化人性服务模式的临床效果与应用价值。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年3月期间进行健康体检的400名部队官兵作为研究对象，依据体检时间顺序将其均分为对照组与观察组。结果 观察组在体检总耗时上显著低于对照组，体检依从率显著高于对照组，护理质量及总体满意度观察组优于对照组，且观察组官兵体检后的SAS评分下降幅度显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在部队官兵健康体检中推行系统化人性服务模式，不仅能够有效优化体检效率、缓解官兵的心理压力，更能显著提升护理服务质量和官兵的医疗体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effects and application value of implementing a systematic humanistic service model in the health examination and nursing work of military officers and soldiers.
Methods 400 military officers and soldiers who underwent health examinations in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of physical examination time.
Results The observation group had significantly lower total physical examination time compared to the control group, and a significantly higher compliance rate with the physical examination. The observation group had better nursing quality and overall satisfaction than the control group, and the SAS score of the observation group's officers and soldiers after physical examination decreased significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a systematic and humane service model in the health check ups of military officers and soldiers can not only effectively optimize the efficiency of physical examinations, alleviate the psychological pressure of officers and soldiers, but also significantly improve the quality of nursing services and the medical experience of officers and soldiers.
