Analysis of the role of safety nursing in patients with myasthenia gravis
安全护理对重症肌无力患者的作用分析

摘要

目的 对重症肌无力患者中施以安全护理方式的价值进行明确，旨在为重症肌无力护理研究提供参考。方法 以2024年6月至2025年6月期间院内临床综合诊断为重症肌无力的69例患者作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、安全护理手段开展，分析比较其结果（并发症与心理健康）。结果 经组间数据比较，对比的对象之间结果P<0.05，表现出显著差异，并发症方面表示观察组更低；心理健康方面干预后表示观察组更佳。结论 于重症肌无力中施以安全护理方式，对降低并发症风险有着重要意义，有助于改善心理健康状态。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the value of implementing safe nursing methods in patients with myasthenia gravis, with the aim of providing reference for research on myasthenia gravis nursing.
Methods A total of 69 patients diagnosed with myasthenia gravis clinically in the hospital between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) using a random number table method. Different nursing modes were implemented using conventional and safe nursing methods, and the results (complications and mental health) were analyzed and compared.
Results As a result of inter group data comparison, the results showed significant differences (P<0.05) among the compared objects, and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group; After psychological health intervention, the observation group showed better results.
Conclusion   Implementing safe nursing methods in myasthenia gravis is of great significance in reducing the risk of complications and improving mental health status.
