耳穴压豆联合五音疗法缓解肺癌疼痛的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合五音疗法在缓解肺癌患者疼痛及改善睡眠质量、生活质量方面的效果。方法 选取2024年4月至2025年4月收治的60例肺癌患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，实验组在此基础上实施耳穴压豆联合五音疗法。分别采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）及SF-36量表评估疼痛程度、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果 干预后，实验组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），PSQI评分更低（P＜0.05），SF-36各维度得分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆联合五音疗法可有效减轻肺癌患者疼痛，改善睡眠及生活质量，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupressure bean application combined with pentatonic therapy in alleviating pain and improving sleep quality and quality of life in lung cancer patients.
Methods A total of 60 lung cancer patients admitted between April 2024 and April 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases) and an experimental group (30 cases). The control group received standard care, while the experimental group received acupressure bean application combined with pentatonic therapy. Pain severity, sleep quality, and quality of life were assessed using Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and SF-36 scales.
Results Post-intervention, the experimental group showed significantly lower VAS scores (P <0.05), reduced PSQI scores (P <0.05), and higher SF-36 scores across all dimensions (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Acupressure bean application combined with pentatonic therapy can effectively reduce pain, improve sleep quality, and enhance quality of life in lung cancer patients, demonstrating clinical value for widespread application.
