中药临床合理应用的药师药学干预模式及实施价值分析

摘要

目的 分析中药临床合理应用的药师药学干预模式及实施价值。方法 选择我院2022年-2023年就诊患者为研究对象，一共30例，采取常规用药管理，设定为对照组；选择我院2024年-2025年就诊患者为研究对象，一共30例，采取中药临床合理应用的药师药学干预模式，设定为观察组。对比两组实施价值。结果 （1）不合理用药发生率方面，观察组更低于对照组（P<0.05）。（2）管理质量评分方面，观察组各评分更高于对照组（P<0.05）。（3）管理满意度方面，观察组更高于对照组（P<0.05）。（4）不良反应发生率，观察组更低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中药临床合理应用的药师药学干预模式能够提高管理质量，降低不合理用药发生率，降低不良反应发生率，获得患者管理满意评价，值得推广采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the pharmacological intervention model and implementation value of rational clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine.
Methods A total of 30 patients from our hospital who received treatment between 2022-2023 were selected as the control group under routine medication management. Another 30 patients from 2024-2025 were assigned to the observation group, receiving the pharmacological intervention model for rational clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine. The implementation value of both groups was compared.
Results (1) The incidence of irrational medication use was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). (2) Management quality scores were higher in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05). (3) Management satisfaction levels were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). (4) Adverse reaction rates were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The pharmacological intervention model for rational clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine can improve management quality, reduce irrational medication use, lower adverse reaction rates, and achieve patient satisfaction with management. This model is worthy of promotion and adoption.
