The influence of moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training nursing on patients with ankylosing spondylitis
艾灸疗法联合康复训练护理对强直性脊柱炎患者的影响

摘要

目的 将艾灸疗法联合康复训练护理用于强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者中，探究其对患者的影响。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月本院收治的70例AS患者，以随机数字表法分组，对照组35例行常规护理，观察组35例行艾灸疗法联合康复训练护理，对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 干预前，两组BASFI、BASDAI、VAS评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更低（P<0.05）；干预前，两组SF-36、BI评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更高（P<0.05）；两组护理满意度比较，观察组97.14%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对AS患者来说，应用艾灸疗法联合康复训练护理既能改善脊柱功能及活动度，还可减轻疼痛，改善日常活动能力，提高生活质量及护理满意度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To apply moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training nursing in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and explore its impact on patients.
Methods A total of 70 patients with AS admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2025 were selected and grouped by random number table method. 35 patients in the control group received routine care, and 35 patients in the observation group received moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training care. The intervention results of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the BASFI, BASDAI and VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each group in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SF-36 and BI scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each group in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the observation group was 97.14% higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with AS, the application of moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training and nursing can not only improve spinal function and range of motion, but also relieve pain, improve daily activity ability, enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
