摘要

本文以化妆品科学与技术专业的核心课程“香料香精化学”为载体，基于该专业课程的特点，分析其进行课程思政教学的重要意义，探讨其与课程思政元素的有机融合路径。通过挖掘香料香精发展史中的文化自信、产品研发中的创新精神、行业标准中的职业伦理等思政元素，构建“知识传授-能力培养-价值引领”三位一体的课程体系，旨在为化妆品领域培养知行合一、德才兼备的复合型人才提供实践路径。

Abstract

This paper takes the core course “Flavor and Fragrance Chemistry” in the field of Cosmetic Science and Technology as a carrier, and based on the characteristics of this specialized course, analyzes the significant importance of ideological and political education in its teaching. It explores the organic pathways for incorporating ideological and political elements into the curriculum. By excavating elements such as cultural confidence from the historical development of perfumes and flavors, the spirit of innovation in product research and development, and professional ethics in industry standards, a trinity curriculum system of “knowledge impartation, ability cultivation, and value guidance” is constructed, aiming to provide practical pathways for cultivating well-rounded talents in the cosmetics field who integrate knowledge with action and possess both integrity and professional competence.
