Application effect and nursing satisfaction analysis of the "One Disease, One Specialty" nursing service model in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery
“一病一品”护理服务模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果以及护理满意度分析

摘要

目的 探讨“一病一品”护理服务模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果以及护理满意度。方法 选择2025年1月-2025年8月我院收治的子宫肌瘤手术患者42例，按照随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组，对照组采取常规护理，实验组实施“一病一品”护理服务模式，对比不同护理模式对患者的预后影响。结果 实验组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组的护理态度、操作规范性、需求响应速度等护理满意度评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 “一病一品”护理服务模式应用于子宫肌瘤手术患者可有效改善其心理状态且提升护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and nursing satisfaction of the "One Disease, One Specialty" nursing service model in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.
Methods A total of 42 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from September 2024 to August 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the experimental group was treated with the "One Disease, One Specialty" nursing service model. The impact of different nursing models on patient outcomes was compared.
Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores in the experimental group, including nursing attitude, operational standardization, and demand response speed, were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The "One Disease, One Specialty" nursing service model can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery and enhance nursing satisfaction, making it worthy of promotion.
