粤港澳大湾区是我国关键的经济与物流核心区域，冷链物流在食品流通、医药运输等领域的作用愈发关键。当前区域内冷链物流网络却面临运转效能不足、运营开支偏高、供需信息失衡等现实难题，对区域经济长效发展形成制约、为有效化解上述困境，可通过科学规划冷链物流网络架构、优化运输路径设计与库存调控模式等关键环节，融合大数据分析、物联网技术等现代科技手段，达成物流资源的合理调配与精准投递目标、经过优化的冷链物流网络既能提升整体运转效率、压缩运营成本，又能强化系统自身的抗风险能力与应急反应水平，助力大湾区冷链物流行业朝着智能化、数字化的高质量发展方向迈进。

Abstract

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area serves as a pivotal economic and logistics hub in China, where cold chain logistics has become increasingly vital for sectors like food distribution and pharmaceutical transportation. However, the region's cold chain network currently faces operational challenges including inefficient efficiency, high costs, and supply-demand information gaps, which hinder sustainable regional economic growth. To address these issues, implementing strategic planning for cold chain infrastructure, optimizing transportation routes and inventory management systems, and integrating modern technologies like big data analytics and IoT can achieve efficient resource allocation and precise delivery. An optimized cold chain network not only enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs but also strengthens risk resilience and emergency response capabilities, propelling the region's logistics sector toward intelligent, digitalized, and high-quality development.
