The impact of palliative care on negative emotions and psychological stress of primary caregivers of elderly cancer patients at the end of their lives
安宁疗护对老年肿瘤临终患者主要照顾者负性情绪及心理应激的影响

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨安宁疗护对老年肿瘤临终患者主要照顾者负性情绪与心理应激的干预效果。方法 纳入我院2023年11月-2025年1月收治的一共60对患者与照顾者组合，分为干预组（常规护理+结构化安宁疗护支持）与对照组（常规护理）。评估干预前、干预4周后以及患者离世后1个月的数据。结果 结果显示，干预组的照顾者在焦虑、抑郁情绪以及心理应激反应评分上均要显著低于对照组（P<0.05），尤其在患者离世后的阶段其数值差异更加明显。结论 研究表明，安宁疗护能有效缓解照顾者的内心焦虑以及抑郁情绪，其整合支持模式对于维护家庭照护系统的健康运作以及稳定具有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the intervention effect of palliative care on negative emotions and psychological stress of the main caregivers of elderly cancer terminal patients.
Methods This study adopted a randomized controlled design and included a total of 60 pairs of patients and caregivers admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to January 2025. They were divided into an intervention group (conventional nursing+structured palliative care support) and a control group (conventional nursing). Evaluate data before intervention, 4 weeks after intervention, and 1 month after patient death.
Results The results showed that the caregivers in the intervention group had significantly lower scores in anxiety, depression, and psychological stress response than the control group (P<0.05), especially in the stage after the patient's death where the numerical differences were more significant.
Conclusion   Research has shown that palliative care can effectively alleviate caregivers' inner anxiety and depression, and its integrated support model has a positive impact on maintaining the healthy operation and stability of the family care system.
