Research progress on postoperative constipation nursing intervention in fracture patients
骨折病人术后便秘护理干预的研究进展

摘要

骨折作为临床常见的外伤性疾病，往往需要手术治疗以促进骨折部位的愈合和功能恢复。然而，骨折术后患者常常面临便秘这一并发症，这不仅增加了患者的痛苦，还影响了术后的康复进程。本文系统综述了近年来骨折病人术后便秘的发生情况、影响因素及护理干预措施的研究进展。分析表明，便秘在骨折术后患者中的发病率高达90%以上，主要与麻醉影响、止痛药物使用、活动受限、心理压力等因素相关。因此，针对骨折术后便秘的护理干预显得尤为重要，骨折病人术后便秘护理干预措施包括药物管理、非药物干预及中医特色护理。本文将对骨折病人术后便秘护理干预的研究进展进行综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

Fractures, a common type of traumatic injury in clinical practice, often require surgical intervention to promote healing and functional recovery at the fracture site. However, postoperative patients with fractures frequently encounter constipation, which not only increases their discomfort but also hinders their recovery process. This article provides a systematic review of recent research on the incidence, influencing factors, and nursing interventions for postoperative constipation in fracture patients. The analysis reveals that the prevalence of constipation among postoperative fracture patients is over 90%, primarily due to the effects of anesthesia, the use of pain medications, limited mobility, and psychological stress. Therefore, nursing interventions for postoperative constipation in fracture patients are crucial. These interventions include pharmacological management, non-pharmacological methods, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) care. This article reviews the progress in nursing interventions for postoperative constipation in fracture patients, aiming to provide valuable references for clinical practice.
