Strengthen rehabilitation nursing on the effect of limb function in cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients
强化康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析强化康复护理用于脑梗死偏瘫所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年4月-2025年3月本院接诊脑梗死偏瘫病人（n=68）。试验组采取强化康复护理，对照组行常规护理。对比FMA评分等指标。结果 关于FMA评分：干预后，试验组高达（86.03±3.15）分，对照组只有（76.25±4.28）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.06%，对照组76.47%，P＜0.05。SDS和SAS评分：干预后：试验组低至（32.14±3.76）分、（33.05±4.03）分，对照组高达（46.51±4.73分）、（47.02±5.01）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组高达（97.95±1.01）分，对照组只有（91.39±2.14）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 脑梗死偏瘫病人用强化康复护理，肢体功能与心态改善都更加显著，满意度更高，护理质量更好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of enhanced rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods A total of 68 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=68) from April 2023 to March 2025 at our hospital. The experimental group received enhanced rehabilitation nursing, while the control group received standard care. The FMA scores and other indicators were compared.
Results Regarding the FMA scores, the experimental group scored 86.03±3.15 points, while the control group scored 76.25±4.28 points, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). Satisfaction: The experimental group had a satisfaction rate of 97.06%, compared to 76.47% for the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). SDS and SAS scores: After the intervention, the experimental group's scores were 32.14±3.76 and 33.05±4.03, respectively, while the control group's scores were 46.51±4.73 and 47.02±5.01, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). Nursing quality: The experimental group's nursing quality score was 97.95±1.01, compared to 91.39±2.14 for the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Enhanced rehabilitation nursing significantly improved limb function and mental state in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction, leading to higher satisfaction and better nursing quality.
