Analysis on the application effect of safety nursing in pediatric operating room and its influence on children's quality of life
安全护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用效果及对患儿生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 针对小儿手术室护理采用安全护理的应用效果进行研究，并观察其对生活质量的影响。方法择2022年1月-2023年1月100例我院手术患儿，利用随机分配法将其均分两组，并采取不同护理干预手段，采用常规护理者均收录于参照组、执行安全护理干预者均纳入研究组，对比护理效果。结果 焦虑评分、术中平均心率、血压、术后并发症发生率、生活质量评分、家长满意度各项两组数据对比，差异明显（P＜0.05），见研究组优于参照组。结论 经分析，安全护理在小儿手术室护理中的应用效果显著，患儿焦虑情绪明显改善，缓解其心理应激反应，降低并发症，提高临床安全性，增强患儿生活质量，儿童家长满意，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of safety nursing in pediatric operating room care and observe its impact on quality of life.
Methods A total of 100 children undergoing surgery at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups and treated with different nursing interventions. Those who received routine care were included in the control group, while those who received safety nursing intervention were included in the study group, with the nursing outcomes compared.
Results The anxiety scores, average heart rate during surgery, blood pressure, incidence of postoperative complications, quality of life scores, and parent satisfaction were compared between the two groups, showing significant differences (P<0.05), with the study group performing better than the control group.
Conclusion   Analysis shows that the application of safety nursing in pediatric operating room care has significant effects, significantly improving children's anxiety levels, alleviating psychological stress responses, reducing complications, enhancing clinical safety, and improving the quality of life for children. Parents of the children are also satisfied, making it worthy of promotion and application.
