Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chemotherapy patients with lung cancer
综合性护理干预对肺癌化疗患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析对于肺癌化疗患者开展综合性护理干预的效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年5月收治的肺癌且实施化疗治疗的患者78例，通过随机数字表法对其展开分组，分为观察组（综合性护理干预）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比干预前与干预后两组患者的生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分以及心理状态评分。结果 经过干预后，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组睡眠质量评分、心理状态评分、癌症疲乏因子评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预对肺癌化疗患者来讲效果良好，既可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量，缓解不良情绪，也可以提升其生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions for patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer.
Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy treatment from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected. Using a random number table, they were divided into an observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention) and a control group (routine care), each consisting of 39 patients. The quality of life, sleep quality, and psychological state scores were compared before and after the intervention.
Results After the intervention, the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the sleep quality score, psychological state score, and cancer fatigue factor score in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing interventions are effective for patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer, improving sleep quality, alleviating negative emotions, and enhancing the overall quality of life. These interventions are recommended for clinical application.
