目的 评价在门诊导诊护理工作中,实施护患沟通的干预成效。方法 筛选100例门诊病例,均为本院门诊就诊患者,纳入年限2024年5月-2025年5月,将其以随机数字表法划分为2组,即对照组(n=50,实施常规导诊方案)和观察组(n=50,结合护理沟通导诊模式),评估2组患者的导诊效果及满意度情况。结果 相比对照组的门诊导诊时间和挂号时间,观察组的所用时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组比对照组的导诊准确率更高,而纠纷事件概率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。在门诊患者导诊护理满意度上,与对照组的90.00%相比,观察组的100.00%更高(P<0.05)。结论 将护患沟通导诊模式引入门诊导诊护理工作中,不仅可缩短门诊导诊及挂号时间,提高导诊准确率,而且可减少纠纷事件概率,提高患者的满意度,改善门诊导诊护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of implementing nurse patient communication interventions in outpatient guidance nursing work. Methods 100 outpatient cases were selected, all of whom were patients who visited our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method: a control group (n=50, implementing a routine guidance plan) and an observation group (n=50, combining nursing communication guidance mode). The guidance effectiveness and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter time for outpatient guidance and registration (P<0.05). The accuracy of guidance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the probability of dispute events was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction with outpatient guidance and nursing, the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate of 100.00% compared to the control group (90.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Introducing the nurse patient communication guidance model into outpatient guidance nursing work can not only shorten the time for outpatient guidance and registration, improve the accuracy of guidance, but also reduce the probability of dispute events, improve patient satisfaction and enhance the quality of outpatient guidance and nursing care.
