小儿重症肺炎优质护理方法及护理效果体会

摘要

目的 分析小儿重症肺炎优质护理方法及护理效果体会。方法 选取我院儿科重症监护室2024年1月至2025年1月期间收治的小儿重症肺炎患儿，共计200例，以随机分组方式将患儿均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（优质护理干预），对实施过程中两组患儿相关临床指标数据整理记录，统计学系统分析对比两组数据，总结分析优质护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患儿临床症状消失时间短于对照组，肺功能指标优于对照组，护理满意度及护理效果相较于对照组均呈现出较高优势，组间对比P值均＜0.05，结果有统计学意义。结论 小儿重症肺炎患儿实施优质护理干预可缩短症状消失时间，改善肺功能指标，提高护理满意度，促进疗效提升，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the high-quality nursing methods and their effects on pediatric severe pneumonia.
Methods A total of 200 children with severe pneumonia admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit (ICU) of our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected. These patients were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (standard care) and an observation group (high-quality care intervention). Clinical data related to the implementation process of both groups were recorded and systematically analyzed and compared statistically. The value of high-quality care intervention was summarized and analyzed.
Results The observation group had shorter symptom resolution times, better lung function indicators, higher nursing satisfaction, and more effective nursing outcomes compared to the control group. The P-values for inter-group comparisons were all <0.05, indicating statistically significant results.
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality care intervention for pediatric severe pneumonia can shorten symptom resolution time, improve lung function indicators, enhance nursing satisfaction, and promote therapeutic effects. The overall effect is definite and suitable for promotion.
