Effects of risk assessment based rehabilitation nursing on self-care ability and negative emotions of hemodialysis patients with kidney disease in the elderly
基于风险评估的康复护理对老年肾病血液透析患者自护能力、负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨老年肾病血液透析（Hemodialysis, HD）患者采取基于风险评估的康复护理对其自护能力、负性情绪的影响。方法 选取该院于2023年5月至2025年2月期间收治的老年肾病HD患者92例，对其给予随机方式分组，分为观察组（基于风险评估的康复护理）和对照组（常规护理）各46例，对比效果。结果 经过不同护理干预后，观察组的患者负性情绪评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组自护能力评分以及生活质量评分高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论 基于风险评估的康复护理可有效改善老年肾病HD患者的生活质量，提升自护能力，缓解负性情绪，说明该种护理模式效果良好。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of risk-based rehabilitation care on the self-care ability and negative emotions of elderly patients with renal disease undergoing hemodialysis (HD).
Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with renal disease HD admitted to the hospital between May 2023 and February 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into an observation group (risk-based rehabilitation care) and a control group (conventional care), each consisting of 46 patients. The outcomes were compared.
Results After different nursing interventions, the negative emotions scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the self-care ability and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (both P<0.05).
Conclusion   Risk-based rehabilitation care can effectively improve the quality of life, enhance self-care ability, and alleviate negative emotions in elderly patients with renal disease undergoing HD, indicating the effectiveness of this nursing model.
