Analysis on the application value of psychological nursing intervention for patients with postpartum hemorrhage after ICU cesarean section
ICU剖宫产产后出血患者中心理护理干预的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析心理护理用于ICU剖宫产产后出血的价值。方法 随机均分2023年1月-2025年5月本院ICU接诊剖宫产产后出血病人（N=70）。试验组采取心理护理，对照组行常规护理。对比出血持续时间等指标。结果 关于出血持续时间：试验组只有（1.19±0.31）h，对照组长达（2.31±0.46）h，差异显著（P＜0.05）。产后24h出血量与护理质量：试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组（35.23±4.76）分、（36.11±5.04）分，对照组（47.91±5.17）分、（46.34±5.93）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.14%，对照组77.14%，P＜0.05。结论 ICU剖宫产产后出血病人用心理护理，出血情况与心态改善均较为显著，护理质量和满意度均更高。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of psychological nursing in managing postoperative hemorrhage after cesarean section in the ICU.
Methods A total of 70 patients with postoperative hemorrhage after cesarean section were randomly assigned to the ICU of this hospital from January 2023 to May 2025. The experimental group received psychological nursing, while the control group received standard care. The duration of bleeding and other indicators were compared.
Results Regarding the duration of bleeding, the experimental group had a mean of (1.19±0.31) h, while the control group had a mean of (2.31±0.46) h, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of postpartum 24-hour bleeding volume and nursing quality, the experimental group performed better than the control group (P<0.05). Regarding the SDS and SAS scores, the experimental group scored (35.23±4.76) and (36.11±5.04), while the control group scored (47.91±5.17) and (46.34±5.93), with a significant difference (P<0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the experimental group had a satisfaction rate of 97.14%, compared to 77.14% for the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing significantly improved postoperative hemorrhage and mental state in patients with postoperative hemorrhage after cesarean section in the ICU, leading to higher nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
