Value analysis of individualized dietary guidance combined with comfort care for elderly hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease
个体化饮食指导联合舒适护理用于血液透析老年慢性肾脏病患者的价值分析

摘要

目的 随着人们的护理意识和护理知识的不断提升，对护理质量的要求也不断提高为确保护理的质量和效率。本次研究为血液透析老年慢性肾脏病患者在其护理中使用个体化饮食指导联合舒适护理对其所展现的影响和效果。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月-2025年1月在本院接受治疗护理的老年患者，共有100例，根据护理干预措施不同将患者平均分为对照组和联合组。经护理干预后对比评价两组患者对护理的满意度、护理质量以及血液透析导管相关性感染发生率。结果 经过数据分析发现，联合组患者包括专业水平、服务态度、健康宣传及心理干预在内的护理质量和护理满意度都更好，且血液透析导管相关性发生率更低。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 为血液透析老年慢性肾脏病患者在其护理中使用个体化饮食指导联合舒适护理时其临床护理效果显著，该措施能够有效改善患者的生活质量和护理质量，提高患者的护理满意度，并减少患者导管相关性感染的发生情况，值得大范围推广，建议提倡。

Abstract

Objective As people's awareness and knowledge of nursing continue to improve, the demand for higher nursing quality is also increasing to ensure both the quality and efficiency of nursing care. This study examines the impact and effectiveness of individualized dietary guidance combined with comfort care on elderly patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 elderly patients treated at our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Patients were divided into a control group and a combined group based on the nursing intervention measures. After the nursing intervention, the satisfaction with care, nursing quality, and the incidence of catheter-related infections were compared between the two groups.
Results Data analysis revealed that the combined group showed better nursing quality and satisfaction, including professional skills, service attitude, health promotion, and psychological intervention, with a lower incidence of catheter-related infections. The P-value between the two groups was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference.
Conclusion   Using individualized dietary guidance combined with comfort care in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis has shown significant clinical benefits. This approach can effectively improve patients' quality of life and nursing care, enhance patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections. It is recommended for widespread adoption and promotion.
