Effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease
糖尿病合并高血压与冠心病患者护理干预效果

摘要

目的 考察分析综合护理干预在糖尿病合并高血压与冠心病患者中的应用效果，旨在推进领域研究发展进程。方法 设计一项随机对照临床试验，启动期限2023年8月至2024年8月，纳入样本为本时段院内收治的糖尿病合并高血压与冠心病患者中，归纳人数共100例，按照1∶1比例，采用数字表划分法完成组间安排，参照组（n=50）：行常规护理，研究组（n=50）：行综合护理，最终收集整理临床资料和相关数据，评价比对不同护理方案下的应用效果。比对层面涉及：血糖指标、不良情绪、护理满意度、生活质量。结果 经统计学分析，研究组患者在上述各项指标的体现上，均显优参照组，P＜0.05，值得探讨。结论 综合护理方案的应用采纳，一方面能有效控制血糖指标，改善患者不良情绪，同时还可显著提高患者生活质量，增进护患友谊，提高患者对护理工作的满意程度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetic patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, thereby advancing research progress in this field.
Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted from August 2023 to August 2024, enrolling 100 patients admitted for these conditions within the hospital. Participants were randomly divided into two groups (n=50) using a digital table method: Control group (n=50) receiving conventional care and study group (n=50) implementing comprehensive nursing intervention. Clinical data and related metrics were collected and analyzed to assess treatment outcomes. Comparison criteria included blood glucose levels, negative emotions, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life.
Results Statistical analysis demonstrated that the study group outperformed the control group in all indicators (P<0.05), indicating significant differences.
Conclusion   The comprehensive nursing protocol effectively controls blood glucose levels, alleviates negative emotions, enhances quality of life, strengthens nurse-patient relationships, and improves patient satisfaction with care services. This approach is clinically recommended for widespread adoption.
