The effect of cluster-based care on the prognosis of mechanically ventilated patients in ICU
基于集束化的护理对ICU机械通气患者预后的影响

摘要

目的 探究采用基于集束化的护理对处于重症加强护理病房（ICU）且接受机械通气治疗的患者预后情况所产生的作用。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的80例ICU机械通气患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组，将研究对象均衡分配至对照组（40例，实施常规护理）与研究组（40例，实施基于集束化的护理）。对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者在ICU的治疗周期及机械通气时长均显著缩短，且并发症发生率显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对ICU机械通气患者，实施基于集束化的护理能够显著促进患者病情的恢复进程，有效减少各类并发症的出现概率，进而对优化患者的预后产生积极影响。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of clustering-based care on the prognosis of patients in intensive care units (ICU) receiving mechanical ventilation.
Methods This study included 80 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU admitted to our hospital. The random number table method was used to divide the study subjects into the control group (40 cases, with usual care) and the study group (40 cases, with cluster-based nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the treatment cycle and mechanical ventilation duration of the patients in the study group were significantly shortened, and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients on mechanical ventilation in the ICU, the implementation of cluster-based nursing can significantly promote the recovery process of patients, effectively reduce the probability of various complications, and have a positive impact on optimizing the prognosis of patients.
