The efficacy of labetalol and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of gestational hypertension
拉贝洛尔与硝苯地平缓释片治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨在妊娠高血压（HDP）患者使用拉贝洛尔、硝苯地平缓释片治疗效果。方法 选取2023年5月-2024年7月本院收治的66例HDP患者，按随机数字表法分组为对照组（33例，采用拉贝洛尔治疗）和观察组（33例，拉贝洛尔+硝苯地平缓释片治疗）。比较两组血压[舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）]、血液流变学指标[血浆黏度（PV）、全血黏度（N）]。结果 治疗后，观察组的DBP、SBP、PV、N指标高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在HBP患者中应用拉贝洛尔与硝苯地平缓释片联合治疗，能有效降压并改善患者血液流变学指标，提高患者顺产率，进而预防不良妊娠结局发生，具有显著临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of labetalol and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in patients with gestational hypertension (HDP).
Methods A total of 66 patients with HDP admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (33 cases, treated with rabetalol) and the observation group (33 cases, treated with rabetalol + nifedipine sustained-release tablets) according to the random number table method. The blood pressure [diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP)] and hemorheological indicators [plasma viscosity (PV), whole blood viscosity (N)] of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the DBP, SBP, PV and N indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combined treatment of labetalol and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in patients with HBP can effectively lower blood pressure, improve the hemorheological indicators of patients, increase the rate of natural delivery, and thereby prevent the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which has significant clinical value.
