Analysis of clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure
美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨分析美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2023年-2024年期间收治120例高血压合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照抽签模式，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。根据治疗方法不同，对照组给予单独的美托洛尔治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上联合厄贝沙坦治治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、血压变化（收缩压SBP和舒张压DBP）、心功能指标（左室射血分数LVEF、左室舒张末期内径LVEDD）、生活质量（SF-36）以及不良反应率。结果 联合治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，在降低血压、改善心功能、提高生活质量等方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；两组患者在不良反应方面比较，差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。结论 采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效显著，可以降低血压、改善心功能，提高生活质量，且安全性良好，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure.
Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from 2023 to 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots, with 60 patients in each group. According to different treatment methods, the control group was given metoprolol alone, while the observation group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment, blood pressure changes (systolic blood pressure SBP and diastolic blood pressure DBP), cardiac function indexes (left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVEDD), quality of life (SF-36) and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.
Results After combined treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and it was superior to the control group in reducing blood pressure, improving cardiac function and enhancing quality of life, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (p>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of metoprolol and irbesartan has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure. It can reduce blood pressure, improve cardiac function, enhance quality of life, and has good safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
