目的 分析胃肠道肿瘤（GIT）手术患者接受循证护理的价值。方法 2023年4月-2025年4月，取我院GIT 120例患者，120例入选者均接受手术治疗，以数表法随机分组，各组均60例，对照组+常规护理，观察组+循证护理，对比组间影响。结果 观察组恢复肠功能情况、并发症均较对照组更佳（P<0.05）。结论 GIT患者接受循证护理所获效用显著，利于术后恢复肠功能，减少并发症，值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor (GIT) surgery. Methods From April 2023 to April 2025, 120 patients with GIT in our hospital were selected, all of whom received surgical treatment. They were randomly divided into two groups using a table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care. The effects between the groups were compared. Results The observation group showed better recovery of intestinal function and complications compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in GIT patients is significant, which is beneficial for postoperative recovery of intestinal function and reduction of complications, and is worth learning from.
