多排螺旋CT技术对骨关节创伤患者诊断准确率的影响研究

摘要

目的 对骨关节创伤患者诊断中施以多排螺旋CT技术方式的价值进行明确,旨在推动骨关节创伤诊断研究发展。方法 以2024年7月至2025年7月期间院内疑似骨关节创伤的102例患者作为试验观察对象,以数字化X线检查方式、多排螺旋CT技术开展检查工作,将检查结果与病理检查(金标准)结果之间进行比较分析。结果 经组间数据比较,对比的对象之间结果P<0.05,表现出显著差异,灵敏度、特异度、准确率方面表示观察组更高,骨关节创伤类型检出率方面表示观察组更高。结论 于骨关节创伤患者诊断中施以多排螺旋CT技术方式,对提高诊断效能有着重要意义,有助于对不同骨关节创伤类型进行准确鉴别。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the value of multi slice spiral CT technology in the diagnosis of patients with bone and joint trauma, with the aim of promoting the development of research on bone and joint trauma diagnosis.
Methods 102 patients suspected of having bone and joint injuries in the hospital between July 2024 and July 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. Digital X-ray examination and multi slice spiral CT technology were used for examination, and the results were compared and analyzed with pathological examination (gold standard).
Results After comparing the data between groups, it was found that the results between the compared objects were P<0.05, showing significant differences. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were higher in the observation group, and the detection rate of bone and joint trauma types was higher in the observation group.
Conclusion   The use of multi-slice spiral CT technology in the diagnosis of patients with bone and joint injuries is of great significance in improving diagnostic efficiency and helping to accurately distinguish different types of bone and joint injuries.
