目的 分析探讨整体护理理念在消化内科护理教学中的应用效果,旨在能为领域研究提供理论与实践参照。方法 择选2024年1月至2025年1月为本项研究的开展期限,收集本院消化内科护理专业护士作为研究对象,收集人数40例,按照系统抽样法实施组间划分,每组归入(n=20),1组提供传统护理教学,2组开展整体护理理念的新模式教学。最后评价比对不同教学方案下的效果质量。结果 两种教学形式相比较,2组护士在理论考核与案例分析成绩、临床演练成绩、教学效果、教学满意度、思维能力、教学质量评分方面数值体现,均显优1组,P值<0.05。结论 整体护理理念教学模式在消化内科护理教学中的应用价值显著,不仅能有效提升护士各环节考核成绩,全面开发实习生思维能力,同时还可显著提高教学质量和教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the application effects of holistic nursing philosophy in gastroenterology nursing education, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for field research. Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, this study was conducted with 40 nursing students from the gastroenterology department of our hospital as research subjects. Using systematic sampling, participants were divided into two groups (n=20 each) – Group 1 received traditional nursing instruction, while Group 2 adopted a new holistic nursing philosophy teaching model. The effectiveness of both teaching approaches was compared through final evaluations. Results Compared with each other, both groups demonstrated superior performance in theoretical assessments, case analysis scores, clinical practice evaluations, teaching effectiveness, teaching satisfaction, cognitive abilities, and teaching quality ratings (all P values <0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing philosophy teaching model demonstrates significant value in gastroenterology nursing education. It not only effectively enhances nurses 'performance in various assessment stages and comprehensively develops interns' cognitive abilities, but also significantly improves teaching quality and student satisfaction. This approach is worthy of promotion and should be widely adopted.
