Exploration and practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training mode under the background of "new medical"
“新医科”背景下大学生创新创业培养模式的探索与实践

摘要

随着“健康中国”战略推进与“新医科”建设深化，我国高等医学教育需向“大健康”理念转型，培养兼具跨学科能力与创新素养的医学人才，而当前医学院校创新创业教育存在意识薄弱、模式单一等问题，亟需系统性改革。本文采用文献分析与多案例研究法，系统梳理我国大学生创新创业教育的主流模式及医学院校的独特困境，结合“新医科”“理念新、背景新、专业新”的核心内涵，提出“建立创新创业意识—优化培养模式—拓宽培养渠道—健全评价体系”的四维一体培养模式构建路径，并通过多所院校的实践案例验证：该路径可有效提升医学生创新创业能力。为高等医学院校创新创业教育改革提供实践参考，助力“新医科”背景下高质量医学创新人才培养。

Abstract

With the advancement of the "Healthy China" strategy and the deepening of "New Medicine" construction, China's higher medical education needs to transform towards the "grand health" concept, cultivating medical talents with both interdisciplinary capabilities and innovative literacy. However, the current innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges faces problems such as weak awareness and single-mode, which urgently require systematic reform. This paper adopts literature analysis and multi-case study methods to systematically sort out the mainstream models of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in China and the unique dilemmas of medical colleges. Combined with the core connotation of "New Medicine" (new concept, new background, new majors), it proposes a four-dimensional integrated training model construction path of "establishing innovation and entrepreneurship awareness—optimizing training models—broadening training channels—improving evaluation systems". Practice cases from multiple institutions can effectively enhance medical students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. The research conclusions can provide practical references for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical colleges, and help cultivate high-quality medical innovative talents under the background of "New Medicine".
