Analysis of the effect of remote health guidance on medication compliance in patients with diabetic retinopathy
远程健康指导对糖尿病视网膜病变患者服药依从性作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨远程健康指导如何影响糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者的药物服用依从性。方法 于2023年6月至2024年6月开展研究，将30例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各15例。对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予远程健康指导半年。结果 经过干预措施后，实验组在服药依从性评分（7.20±0.77 vs 5.40±1.29）和自我管理行为评分（6.73±0.59 vs 5.20±1.11）方面明显优于对照组，这些差异都具有统计学意义（均P<0.001）；实验组的糖化血红蛋白水平（7.08±0.65 vs 8.43±1.05）明显低于对照组的水平（P<0.001）；实验组在疾病知识的知晓率（66.7%vs 13.3%）上明显胜过对照组（P=0.009）。结论 远程健康指导可有效地促进DR患者服药依从性，自我管理能力及疾病知识的掌握，提高血糖控制。

Abstract

Objective To explore how remote health guidance affects the medication compliance of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR).
Methods The study was conducted from June 2023 to June 2024. Thirty patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the experimental group was given remote health guidance for half a year.
Results After the intervention measures, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of medication compliance score (7.20±0.77 vs 5.40±1.29) and self-management behavior score (6.73±0.59 vs 5.20±1.11), and these differences were statistically significant (all P<0.001); The level of glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group (7.08±0.65 vs 8.43±1.05) was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.001). The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the experimental group (66.7%vs 13.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P=0.009).
Conclusion   Remote health guidance can effectively promote the medication compliance, self-management ability and mastery of disease knowledge of DR Patients, and improve blood glucose control.
