BOPPPS联合情景模拟法在消化内科护理学教学中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 观察在进行消化内科护理学教学的过程中开展BOPPPS联合情景模拟法教学的作用。方法 在本院2024年2月至2025年3月消化内科实习护士中选择50例为对象,随机抽样均分2组,任取其中1组按照常规模式进行教学(对照组,25例),另外1组则按照BOPPPS联合情景模拟法进行教学(观察组,25例)。对两组教学质量以及护理教学评价进行观察。结果 护理教学质量评价,观察组考核结果高于对照组,P<0.05。护理教学评价,观察组各维度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在进行消化内科护理教学的过程中开展BOPPPS联合情景模拟法教学,可以提升该方面教学质量,提升实习护士对教学评价。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation method in the teaching of digestive nursing.
Methods Fifty interns from the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from February 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with one group being taught according to the conventional mode (control group, 25 cases), and the other group being taught according to the BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation method (observation group, 25 cases). Observe the teaching quality and nursing teaching evaluation of two groups.
Results The evaluation of nursing teaching quality showed that the observation group had higher assessment results than the control group, P<0.05. Nursing teaching evaluation showed that the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions than the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Conducting BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching in the process of digestive nursing education can improve the quality of teaching and enhance the evaluation of teaching by intern nurses.
