Evaluation of the effect of safety management for elderly Inpatients from the perspective of risk prevention and control
风险防控视角下对于住院老年患者安全管理的效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨评价风险防控视角下对于住院老年患者安全管理的效果。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治80例住院老年患者作为本次研究对象，患者例数按照电脑系统模式随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。根据护理模式不同，对照组给予常规的护理，观察组给予风险防控视角下安全管理护理，对比两组患者对安全管理的知识水平、不良事件、生活质量（SF-36）以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患者在安全管理知识水平、生活质量以及护理满意度方面均要优质于对照组，且观察组不良事件发生率也低于对照组，有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 采用风险防控视角下应用在住院老年患者安全管理中，可以提高患者对安全管理知识水平，降低不良事件，从而提高生活质量和护理满意度，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of safety management for hospitalized elderly patients from the perspective of risk prevention and control.
Methods 80 hospitalized elderly patients in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research object. The number of patients was randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the computer system model, with 40 cases in each group. According to different nursing modes, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given safety management nursing from the perspective of risk prevention and control. The knowledge level, adverse events, quality of life (SF-36) and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results After nursing, the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in safety management knowledge, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of risk prevention and control in the safety management of hospitalized elderly patients can improve patients' knowledge of safety management, reduce adverse events, and thus improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
