Analysis of the application of rapid recovery surgical nursing in accelerating postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery
快速康复外科护理在加速肝胆外科手术患者术后康复中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理在加速肝胆外科手术患者术后康复中的应用价值。方法 将我院2024年5月-2025年4月期间收治的68例肝胆外科手术患者病例资料予以整理，随机分为参照组（常规护理，n=34）和观察组（快速康复外科护理，n=34），比较术后康复指标、并发症风险。结果 观察组干预后的排气、排便、下床活动、住院时间均短于参照组（P<0.05）；观察组住院期间发生出血者仅1例，而参照组发生出血者2例，感染、穿孔者各1例，共计4例，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在肝胆外科手术患者诊疗期间应用快速康复外科护理，可显著加快术后康复速度，预防并控制出血、感染等并发症风险，并为规范化临床护理体系提供参考依据。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of rapid recovery surgical nursing in accelerating the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods The case data of 68 patients with hepatobiliary surgery who were admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were collected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing, n=34) and an observation group (rapid recovery surgical nursing, n=34). The postoperative recovery indicators and complications risk were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the observation group showed shorter recovery times for air passage, bowel movement, bed mobility, and hospital stay compared to the control group (P < 0.05). There was only 1 case of bleeding in the observation group during hospitalization, while there were 2 cases of bleeding, 1 case of infection, and 1 case of perforation in the control group, with a total of 4 cases. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of rapid recovery surgical nursing during the treatment of hepatobiliary surgery patients can significantly accelerate postoperative recovery, prevent and control complications such as bleeding and infection, and provide a reference for the standardization of clinical nursing systems.
