总结一例多次发生ECMO 膜肺系统堵塞的A型主动脉夹层术后患者合并急性肾功能衰竭的护理体会。患者ECMO支持期间发生了多次ECMO膜肺系统堵塞的情况，ICU医护人员及时更换膜肺系统保证了心肺功能继续得到支持，维持了患者的生命，然而关于膜肺系统堵塞相关不良事件紧急处理流程，国内外文献均未详细描述，我科通过科室讨论并进行持续质量改进，形成了一定的经验，冀通过本文与同行分享。
To summarize the nursing experience of A patient with acute renal failure after surgery for type A aortic dissection who had multiple ECMO membrane pulmonary system blockages. During the ECMO support period of the patient, there were multiple cases of ECMO membrane lung system blockages. The ICU medical staff promptly replaced the membrane lung system to ensure the continuous support of cardiopulmonary function and maintain the patient's life. However, regarding the emergency handling procedures for adverse events related to membrane lung system blockages, neither domestic nor foreign literatures have described them in detail. Our department has conducted departmental discussions and carried out continuous quality improvements. I have accumulated certain experience and hope to share it with my peers through this article.
