Application of follow up nursing based on Snyder's hope theory in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis
基于Snyder希望理论的追踪式护理在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用

摘要

目的 对基于Snyder希望理论的追踪式护理在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值进行分析。方法将本院消化内科（2024年1月—2025年1月）的100例患者（慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者）以随机分为两组。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用基于Snyder希望理论的追踪式护理，对比两组患者前后的肠胃功能、自我护理能力以及患者生活质量。结果 护理后观察组胃肠激素水平高于对照组，自护能力与生活质量均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于Snyder希望理论的追踪式护理在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值明显，可有效改善患者肠胃功能及自我护理能力、生活质量，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of follow-up nursing based on Snyder's hope theory in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis.
Methods 100 patients (chronic ulcerative colitis patients) from the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital (January 2024 to May 2021) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received follow-up care based on Snyder's Hope Theory. The gastrointestinal function, self-care ability, and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.
Results After nursing, the observation group had higher levels of gastrointestinal hormones than the control group, and their self-care ability and quality of life were both higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application value of follow-up nursing based on Snyder's hope theory is significant in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis, which can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function, self-care ability, and quality of life. It is worthy of wide promotion and application.
