To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with ovarian tumors during pregnancy
研究围术期护理干预对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的影响

摘要

目的 探究围术期护理干预对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者80例进行研究，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施围术期护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率为10%（4/40），显著低于对照组的25%（10/40）（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后康复时间平均为（7.2±1.5）天，短于对照组的（9.8±2.1）天（P<0.05）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为95%（38/40），高于对照组的75%（30/40）（P<0.05）。结论 围术期护理干预可有效降低妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率，缩短康复时间，提高患者护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of perioperative nursing interventions on pregnant women with ovarian tumors.
Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected for the study. These patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 40 patients. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received perioperative nursing interventions in addition to routine care. The nursing outcomes of both groups were compared.
Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 10% (4/40), significantly lower than the 25% (10/40) in the control group (P<0.05). The average postoperative recovery time for patients in the observation group was 7.2±1.5 days, shorter than the 9.8±2.1 days for the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group with nursing care was 95% (38/40), higher than the 75% (30/40) in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative nursing interventions can effectively reduce the postoperative complication rate, shorten recovery time, and improve patient satisfaction, making them worthy of clinical promotion and application.
