摘要

高校“一站式”社区建设是新时代下落实立德树人根本任务，强化三全育人教育实效的重要形式和有效抓手。文华学院积极探索以党团建设为引领、以铸魂育人为根本、以满足学生需求为导向的科学化、个性化社区管理模式，突出政治高度、服务温度、文化深度，落实先锋模范乘风领航、心灵解忧身心健康、名师助阵扬帆远航、基础保障生活无忧、功能“两室”相得映彰、特色活动多元发展的建设举措，凝聚育人合力，彰显建设实效，着力打造社区育人新形态，构建学校“三全育人”实践新格局。

Abstract

The construction of "one-stop" student communities in colleges and universities is an important form and effective means to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent and to strengthen the effectiveness of all-round education in the new era. Wenhua College actively explores a scientific and personalized community management model led by Party and Youth League building, based on cultivating morality and talent, and oriented towards meeting the needs of students. It emphasizes political height, service warmth, and cultural depth, and implements construction measures such as pioneers and role models leading the way, providing mental and physical health support, renowned teachers assisting in development, ensuring basic living needs, complementary functions of the two rooms (classroom and living room), and diversified development of characteristic activities. This approach aims to consolidate educational efforts, demonstrate construction effectiveness, strive to create a new form of community-based education, and build a new pattern for the school's "all-round education" practice.
