在护理教育改革不断深化的背景下,情景教学法在基础护理教学中备受关注。本文梳理了其在基础护理操作技能训练、护患沟通能力塑造和应急处置能力培养中的应用现状,分析不同模式常见实施方式的特点与优势。研究发现,情景教学法显著提升了学生的实践操作能力、临床思维等,增强了学习积极性与团队协作能力[1]。然而,其应用中存在情景设计真实性与复杂性失衡、教师引导能力不足等问题,本文提出相适应优化策略。情景教学法契合基础护理教学需求,为护理教育改革提供有效路径,未来可进一步探索其与新兴技术的融合,完善评价体系,推动护理人才培养质量提升。
With the continuous deepening of nursing education reform, situational teaching method has attracted much attention in basic nursing teaching. This article summarizes its current application status in basic nursing operation skills training, nurse patient communication ability shaping, and emergency response ability cultivation, and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of common implementation methods in different modes. Research has found that the situational teaching method significantly improves students' practical operation ability, clinical thinking, and enhances their learning motivation and teamwork ability. However, there are issues in its application such as an imbalance between the authenticity and complexity of scenario design, and insufficient teacher guidance ability. This article proposes corresponding optimization strategies. The situational teaching method is in line with the needs of basic nursing teaching, providing an effective path for nursing education reform. In the future, it can further explore its integration with emerging technologies, improve the evaluation system, and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing talent training.
