目的 分析癌痛用规范化护理措施所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2023年6月-2025年5月本院接诊癌痛病人（N=76）。试验组采取规范化护理，对照组行常规护理。对比NRS评分等指标。结果 关于NRS评分：干预后，试验组（2.01±0.63）分，对照组（3.52±0.91）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。HAMD和HAMA评分：干预后，试验组（30.02±5.63）分、（21.05±4.69）分，对照组（38.14±6.73）分、（28.35±5.72）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组94.74%，对照组78.95%，P＜0.05。结论 癌痛病人用规范化护理，可显著降低癌痛，同时也利于病人不良心理的缓解，及满意度的提升。
Objective To analyze the role of standardized nursing measures in cancer pain management. Methods Randomly divide cancer pain patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to May 2025 (N=76). The experimental group received standardized nursing care, while the control group received routine nursing care. Compare NRS scores and other indicators. Results Regarding NRS score: After intervention, the experimental group scored (2.01 ± 0.63) points, while the control group scored (3.52 ± 0.91) points, with a significant difference (P<0.05). HAMD and HAMA scores: After intervention, the experimental group scored (30.02 ± 5.63) and (21.05 ± 4.69) points, while the control group scored (38.14 ± 6.73) and (28.35 ± 5.72) points, with significant differences (P<0.05). Satisfaction: 94.74% in the experimental group and 78.95% in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Standardized nursing care for cancer pain patients can significantly reduce cancer pain, while also helping to alleviate negative psychological effects and improve satisfaction.
