临床护理人员预防CAUTI的知信行现状及研究进展

摘要

通过对国内外护理人员在预防导尿管相关尿路感染（catheter-associated urinary tract infection, CAUTI）的知信行相关研究进行分析，阐述知、信、行三者在预防CAUTI中的作用及现状，以及三者之间的关系，以便医疗机构的管理者更好地了解知信行在预防CAUTI中哪些方面存在不足，为其制定更为严格的预防和控制措施来减少CAUTI的发生率提供依据。

关键词： 导尿管相关尿路感染现状；知信行；预防和控制措施策略

Abstract

By analyzing domestic and international studies on the knowledge, attitudes/beliefs, and practices (KAP) of nursing staff regarding the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI), this study elaborates on the roles and current status of knowledge, attitudes/beliefs, and practices in preventing CAUTI, as well as the relationships among these three dimensions. The aim is to help healthcare institution administrators better understand the existing gaps in KAP related to CAUTI prevention, thereby providing a basis for formulating stricter prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of CAUTI.
