Effect of combined health education and comfort care on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery
健康宣教联合舒适护理在腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 验证分析健康宣教联合舒适护理在腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法 此次研究以2023年6月至2024年6月期间收治并接受腹腔镜阑尾炎手术治疗的患者为研究对象，共收集86例病例。根据护理方案的不同，将患者进行组间划分，每组分配43例（n=43）。参照组采用常规护理，而研究组在常规护理的基础上，加强健康宣教，并实施舒适化干预。最终，通过对比两组的总体干预效果，评估其优劣差异及可实施性。结果 统计学评估后发现，研究组患者在焦虑评分、疼痛评分、术后恢复指标、护理满意度方面体现，均显优参照组，P＜0.05，值得探讨。结论 在腹腔镜阑尾手术患者的临床护理方案中，采用健康宣教与舒适护理相结合的方式被视为最佳选择。该方法不仅能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪和减轻疼痛，还能显著促进术后恢复，提升患者对护理工作的满意度，具有广泛推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the combined application of health education and comfort care in laparoscopic appendicitis surgery patients.
Methods This study involved 86 patients treated with laparoscopic appendicitis surgery between June 2023 and June 2024. Patients were divided into two groups based on different nursing protocols, with each group containing 43 cases (n=43). The control group received standard care, while the study group received enhanced health education and comfort interventions. The overall intervention effects were compared to assess their advantages, differences, and feasibility.
Results Statistical analysis showed that patients in the study group demonstrated significantly better anxiety scores, pain scores, postoperative recovery indicators, and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05), warranting further exploration.
Conclusion   The combination of health education and comfort care is considered the optimal clinical nursing approach for laparoscopic appendicitis surgery patients. This method not only effectively alleviates anxiety and reduces pain but also significantly promotes postoperative recovery and enhances patient satisfaction with nursing care, demonstrating broad applicability for clinical practice.
