目的 以支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象，研究评估家庭护理指导与针对性护理的临床效果。方法 选取150例支原体肺炎小儿患者纳入本次研究范围，并随机均分为观察和对照两组，每组为75例。其中，观察组给予家庭护理指导与针对性护理护理方式，并对两组患儿护理后的相关指标进行分析比较。结果 相较于对照组，观察组患儿经胸片检查，相关指标均得到明显改善。结论 通过实施家庭护理指导与针对性护理，能够显著提高支原体肺炎患儿的治疗效果，有效降低了并发症的发生风险，值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of home care guidance and targeted nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected for this study, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 75 cases. The observation group received home care guidance and targeted nursing, and the relevant indicators of the two groups were analyzed and compared after the nursing. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group showed significant improvements in chest X-ray examination results. Conclusion Implementing home care guidance and targeted nursing can significantly improve the treatment outcomes for children with mycoplasma pneumonia, effectively reducing the risk of complications, and is worth promoting and applying.
