目的 探究曲安奈德皮损内注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的应用价值。方法 选取本院增生性瘢痕患者78例，时间2024年11月-2025年8月，对患者进行随机抽签分组，对照组39例，采用CO2点阵激光治疗，观察组39例，采用曲安奈德皮损内注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗后瘢痕情况，疼痛情况以及瘙痒情况，优于对照组，差异明显（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗后皮肤特性，优于对照组，差异明显（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗后，血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、表皮细胞生长因子（EGF）、转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）水平，优于对照组，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在增生性瘢痕治疗中，曲安奈德皮损内注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗，有助于患者瘢痕、疼痛、瘙痒情况、皮肤特性以及VEGF、EGF、TGF-β1水平改善，效果显著，值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of intraepidermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 dot matrix laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods 78 patients with hypertrophic scars were selected from our hospital from November 2024 to August 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots: the control group (n=39) was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser, and the observation group (n=39) was treated with intraepidermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 dot matrix laser. The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The observation group showed better scar, pain, and itching conditions after treatment compared to the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). The skin characteristics of the observation group patients after treatment were superior to those of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), and transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF - β 1) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertrophic scars, the combination of intraepidermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide and CO2 dot matrix laser therapy can help improve patients' scars, pain, itching, skin characteristics, as well as VEGF, EGF, and TGF - β 1 levels. The effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
