摘要

目的 分析基层疾控机构在洪涝灾后传染病监测预警体系中的作用及优化路径。方法 统计2021年1月至2022年12月期间其他应用常规监测预警后洪涝灾区域658例居民中传染病发生情况(为对照组),基层疾控机构分析影响因素后对监测预警体系优化并于2023年1月至2024年12月期间在该区域应用(为观察组,该区域人口总数无变化),对应用监测预警体系前后洪涝灾后传染病发生率、居民疾病预防知识掌握程度进行比较。结果 相较于对照组,观察组洪涝灾后传染病发生率更低、疾病预防知识掌握程度更高(P<0.05)。结论 基层疾控机构对监测预警体系进行优化,有利于降低洪涝灾后传染病率,提高居民疾病预防认知。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role and optimization path of grassroots disease control institutions in the post flood disease monitoring and early warning system.
Methods The incidence of infectious diseases among 658 residents in flood prone areas using routine monitoring and early warning from January 2021 to December 2022 was statistically analyzed (as the control group). After analyzing the influencing factors, grassroots disease control institutions optimized the monitoring and early warning system and applied it in the area from January 2023 to December 2024 (as the observation group, with no change in the total population of the area). The incidence of infectious diseases after flood prone areas and the level of residents' knowledge of disease prevention were compared before and after the application of the monitoring and early warning system. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower incidence of post flood diseases and a higher level of disease prevention knowledge (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Optimizing the monitoring and early warning system by grassroots disease control institutions is beneficial for reducing the incidence of post flood diseases and improving residents' awareness of disease prevention.
