Effect of precision nursing intervention on improving blood sugar level and quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes
精准护理干预在老年2型糖尿病护理中对改善患者血糖水平、生活质量的作用

摘要

目的 探讨精准护理干预在老年2型糖尿病护理中对改善患者血糖水平、生活质量的作用。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月80例55-95岁老年2型糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组（40例）和实验组（40例）。对照组采用常规护理，实验组实施精准护理干预，包括个性化血糖监测、饮食与运动精准规划、心理与用药精准干预及并发症精准预防等。比较两组患者干预前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平及生活质量评分。结果 干预后，实验组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c分别为（6.5±0.8）mmol/L、（8.9±1.2）mmol/L、（6.2±0.6）%，低于对照组的（7.8±1.1）mmol/L、（10.5±1.5）mmol/L、（7.3±0.8）%（P<0.05）；实验组生活质量评分（85.2±6.3）分高于对照组（72.4±5.8）分（P<0.05）。结论 精准护理干预能有效改善老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，提升生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of precision nursing intervention in improving the blood sugar level and quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes aged 55-95 years from May 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received precision nursing interventions, including personalized blood glucose monitoring, precise diet and exercise planning, precise psychological and medication interventions, and precise prevention of complications. Compare the levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and quality of life scores between two groups of patients before and after intervention.
Results After intervention, the FPG, 2hPG, and HbA1c levels in the experimental group were (6.5 ± 0.8) mmol/L, (8.9 ± 1.2) mmol/L, and (6.2 ± 0.6)%, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (7.8 ± 1.1) mmol/L, (10.5 ± 1.5) mmol/L, and (7.3 ± 0.8)% (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the experimental group (85.2 ± 6.3) was higher than that of the control group (72.4 ± 5.8) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Precision nursing intervention can effectively improve the blood sugar level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
